William E. Ketchum III

Along with working as half of the BLAT! Pack’s management team, William E. Ketchum III is an internationally-published journalist. Hip-hop helped him deal with his mother’s death to cancer when he was a child, and ever since, he has vowed to champion and chronicle the music and the culture that he attributes to saving his life. During and after his time as a student at Michigan State University, he landed articles in the likes of XXL, AOL Black Voices, URB, Metro Times, SCRATCH, AllHipHop.com, and other web sites, magazines, and newspapers. He currently works as a news correspondent for MTV RapFix, co-authors a monthly HipHopDX column entitled Producer’s Corner, and is Managing Editor for MichiganHipHop, a web site dedicated to documenting and supporting the rap scene of his home state.
